1. Prices

All product prices shown on the herbalhealth2u website are stated inclusive of VAT. Vat Registration No: 846 9730 81

2. Delivery and Charges

We can send your goods to any address in the world (subject to restrictions placed on us by our suppliers). Due to reasons of security and potential fraud we do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes, Hotels, Motels etc. Please contact us if you would like to arrange such deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery to UK/USA addresses is FREE of charge on basket totals over £100. A delivery charge of just £3.95 will be added to your basket total if you spend less than £100.

3. Ordering With herbalhealth2u

You can order products online at the herbalhealth2u website following the order process or alternatively by placing your order by telephone or fax. When you order on-line you will be asked to check all your order details before placing your order. Once you have ordered on-line, we will send you an email confirming your order. Deliveries are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order, but please allow up to 2-28 days for receipt of order. Delivery normally takes place within a few days. All items are normally in stock but occasionally we may be unable to dispatch immediately and this part of the contract you enter into when ordering from us. Please be assured we will always attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

4. Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron. Orders using these payment methods are processed immediately.

5. Right to Cancel the Contract/Returns

When you purchase goods from herbalhealth2u you will be entering into a distance-selling contract with us. You have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation. You will be required by the terms of the contract, to return the goods to us by Registered Post. Please return the goods in a complete untampered condition and contact us

We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will either refund or we will get another one out to you right away, no questions asked.

If you have opened the product and you are not satisfied for whatever reason please return within 7 days after receipt.

For all returns please contact us for a Customer Returns Form which must be completed and returned to us.

We will dispatch your goods normally within 24 hours of receipt using Registered Post Please allow between 4-28 days for delivery. Normally delivery will take 4-10 days.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have provided to us. You are entitled to see your personal information held by us. You can do so by making a request via contact page. herbalhealth2u does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other parties. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties who have strict data protection codes and safeguards in relation to distance-selling contracts but this would be a change in our policy and we would by law have to seek your consent. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. By making purchases on the herbalhealth2u website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. When you register you may be given the option to read topical news items and information in our monthly newsletter. Your credit/debit card details as with all transaction data will be kept completely confidential. Our payments processer Pago is a joint venture of Deutsche Bank AG and Beisheim Holding Schweiz AG and provides comprehensive services in the field of electronic payments.

7. Security

When you enter any personal details on the herbalhealth2u website you will be entering a completely secure environment. When purchasing goods by credit or debit card your details are encrypted and sent via a secure link to be authorised by the appropriate card issuer. We do not retain any of your card details whatsoever on the herbalhealth2u website. You will need to re-enter your card details for each new order you place. From a security point of view this is much more acceptable than having us store your details on our own server.
