Visible Results

Argireline, the primary amino acid responsible for the effectiveness of Protox, helps reduce the intensity of muscle contractions. Argireline reduces the catecholamine release necessary for muscle contraction.

Over time a significant reduction in both the depth and size of wrinkles and lines are noticed. Lines and muscle contractions, and the neurotransmitters responsible for them, are reduced over time in a non-paralytic way.

We photographed several test subjects with moderate wrinkles both prior to using Protox and after 30 days of applying Protox gel twice daily in 3 affected areas: a) the forehead furrows; b) the eye 'crow feet' and c) the smile creases.

Three markers were used to allow easy comparison between images. Notice how wrinkles denoted by the Arrows Blue and Red have become much less visible. Arrow Green has also shown pronounced visible benefit. Constant muscle movements in this area of the skin lead to frequent skin creasing which ends in wrinkles and fine lines. Protox can halt this.

How to Use Protox as an alternative or booster to Botox

LOADING PHASE: Gently massage into targeted facial lines and muscle points. Apply a thin coat around the eyes to clean, dry skin, twice daily Wait three minutes and then apply a good quality face moisturizer. Follow this procedure for three weeks.

MAINTENANCE PHASE: During this period apply Protox only once a day. Preferably in the morning. If working out or swimming in the AM, wait to apply after exercise. Use your best judgement and pick the time period which allows Protox to stay on your skin for the longest period of time.

Results can be seen starting in two to three weeks with maximum visible reduction of fine lines and wrinkles within 45-60 days. Most effective in orbital eye area and forehead.

BEYOND 90 DAYS: After 90 days apply Protox once or twice a week. Remember to continue to use your face moisturizer.

What is the difference between Protox-10 and Protox-20?

Protox-10 and 20 both contains all the same ingredients even including Hyaluronic Acid to help prevent & repair and cross-linking. Both use our unique Liposome Delivery System to increase transcutaneous absorption. The sole difference between the two formulae is that Protox-10 contains 10% Argireline and Protox-20 contains 20% Argireline making the latter twice as powerful.
